I'm part of Javanese..but I'm not fom Java, Indonesia

A very good day to all my friends. Here, I want to share something my family. As all of you known that I am from Selangor. Both my hometown (kampong) were at Selangor too. My mother’s is at Meru, Klang while my father’s is at Bt. 10, Banting. What I’m going to tell here is that actually both my parents were Javanese and they is speaking Java language still they were young. Maybe, I can speak this language too. Here, I want to tell you a short story of the simple history about both my Java family.

Well, let starts with my mother’s family tree. Hmm..my great-great grandfather actually was one of the Kiyai in Indonesia. That’s why my aunt and uncle was been sent there for further studies in Islamic Religion. Pesantren Darul Najah. They were still young when they were sent there. They had a very struggle living there. As the results, they are an ustaz and ustazah now. That was just a part of my mother’s family tree.

Next, my father’s family tree is not exactly known because my great grandfather was dead earlier and my father never had a chance to ask him about the family tree. I just know that he is a Javanese and lived in Bt. 10, Banting and most of the area in Banting monopolized to the Javanese. He3..

Here some dialogue of Java language that I’d learnt before. I just want to share to all..

Recently, many bloggers posting about interracial marriange...every authors give their best opinion and share their stories about this topic....so, it's true MANY blogger outside there posting about interracial marriange..?actually, I really mean only the authors of this blog excited to write it( English Stop Corner)..haha.why?if didn't post they couldn't sign the attendance right?^^

Actually, "mixed marriages in Malaysia are not anomolous in society today ", this is form of exogamy ( marrying outsideof one's racial group ) so here the story of my aunty to prove the statement .

My aunt name is Siti Yusma Yong,40 and she lived in Semenyih, Selangor. I confident that you could detect her race right? From the word Yong actually. She told me stand for the name of his descendents. So what ? So she is chinese maa. She converted to Islam after she fell in love with my uncle En. Badrul Nizam. They met each other when study at university ( I'm sorry, if forgot to ask which university ). What attract her to my uncle is only two factors, it's his attitude and life style !

For your information, my uncle didn't realized that my aunt really like him because she didn't declare yet ( it's normal la to woman right ). But, when my aunt noticed many girls talk about him, she must make a move. She must! It's compulsory to her! She really like him A LOT !. A part from that, now she start to smile, greet, and so on!haha

Lastly, seeds of love growing in uncle's heart and he start to like her. Not just because she care about him, but my aunt is very honest and trustworthy person. As a summarized, he decided to marry her and ask her to convert to Islam. Alhamdulillah, with all of His blessings, they built their 'palace' on 27/11/19** and have 3 children, Nur Syafiqah, Amir, and Farahana.

Oh, enough with romantic story (^_^)

So, do you see people, although they are different in races and culture it's not obstacle to them to unite and live as a happy family. This gives enough evidence taht multiracial in our country become common and accepted by our society. Congaratulations to them with postive thinking!

my best grandparents...n_n

hey all guys...how are you...hope still in mood happy....i think no late if i want to said eid mubarak to all of you...ok...now i want to share with you about my grandparents story...firstly,i shy to ask them but i try to hide my shy and ask them how they can married even they are  in different religion...for your information,my grandfather are from johor and he is an Indian people.Then i ask my grandfather why he convert to islam.hehehe...then he said he convert to islam just because he want to married with my grandmother.They meet when my grandfather try to looking and search stipendary...                                      

my grandmother at that time is from a poor family,because of that my grandmother accept to be a stipendary for my grandfather...then after a several years...my grandfather fall in love with my grandmother..until now,they have 13 childs,7 boys and 6 girls.All of their child now success in their live...for me,eventhough how my grandparents meets each other are funny but whatever can be.,just close believes destiny...i think that all can i story to you....smile always and happy also...n_n

hye! see you again! this time i will post about my friend's multiracial family... his name is syahidd and he was my roommate in my former school. her father is indian man and her mother is malay woman... but how they can unite together even both of them is different in race and culture? so, i ask my friend to share about his parent...

mr. haniff (his father) is from kuantan, pahang... while her mother is from gombak... they met each other at university of malaya when her father did his degree in business and management while her mother did her medic...

mr. haniff convert to islam after he done his degree... he married her beloved wife and had 3 children, syafiqq al-hakim, syahidd al-hatim and syafiqah sakina az-zahra... and now this happy family lives happily at gombak... mr. haniff now is a businessman while his wife is a doctor.

although they are different in race and culture but they can live as a family... see their eid's picture? looks sporting right? this show that multiracial in malaysia now become more better and have accepted by our community...

Interracial Marriage

Hello everybody..!!!

Today I would like to talk about interracial marriage especially in Malaysia. I have make a few research about this topic. 

My friends,

Actually, mixed marriages are not anomalous in Malaysian society today. Generally, people do accept mixed marriage can enrich the culture in society and strengthen relations between communities.

However, there are also some people think mixed marriages leads to various problems in the future until it reached a divorce.

Allah had highlighted about this in Holy Quran :

O man! We have created you male and female, and made ​​you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other. Verily the most honored of you with Allah is the most righteous of you. Surely Allah is Knower, Aware.

(Surah al-Hujurat,49-verse13).

From my readings...there are a few benefits in interracial marriage

1) children can master more than one language like  malay,tamil,hokkien and other.

2)In scientific terms to say that mixed marriages will produce a generation of geniuses.

In fact, there are too many benefits in interracial marriage. but i think i will stop here. Thank you for reading my post and 'Selamat Hari Raya'.

During eid, i asked my grandfather to tell me a story about his experience.he laughed.then,he has started his story,

"As a child, I lived in the village near a village mostly inhabited by descendants of citizens of India and several families of Chinese families who worked on the estate nearby.There is a shop in the village,alwayst visited by people from our village.Besides,the shop sell daily necessities, it also has a place to drink tea (the tarik not known yet at that time) and eat bakar.In other word,he shop is a place where we (means that all of villagers)Actually,in this moment,we are interact each other without differentiate our races.Although at the time no longer have slogan "1 malaysia" for unity,but it already exist in our life by its own.no matter what happen,we are united to solve it together.you know ,in man's lfe.there are instincts that are made with the nature of goodwill and friendship and want to befriend to others like what required by God Almighty in order to know the other who coming from the difference people and descent .all nations has felt the impulse.then,my grandfather stop here.that's all.

assalamualaikum, happy eidul-fitri and happy independence day all of you!!

Before my friends and I went back for raya hols, we were given a task whereby we need to interview either relatives or friends about their opinions of inter-racial, inter-religious and of course Merdeka Celebration..In this task, I use this opportunity to interview my sis because she is the most oldest sibling and the most reliable source of information that I could get(maybe)..

at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, first day of 'eid~~~ -at tawau, sabah after above tragedy

Me : kak, aku ada assignment kena bagi oleh miss kami tapi, mesti 'speaking' (sorry for this part , hehe).

My sis : Can bha if you..(sabah dialect, hoho)

Me : my sis, i don't want to make it long, so i will make it short.. This is the question, what do you know about interracial relationship?? make it short please..

My sis : interracial?? hmmm............................................. (after moments)...................... we are interracial..

Me : who are "we"??

My sis : our family...

Me : ha?? why?? i thought we are buginese..

My sis : yesss, you're right, we are buginese.. but, can't you see it?? look at your face, you almost look like Raghev(our Indian neighbour since i am 4 years old).. hahahha.. look at Ikmal(my third brother), he is a bajau(one of famous races in Sabah), like my husband.. huhu.. era, a bruneian.. ajie, errr.. dont know.. whatever.. zahid, look like one of those kedayans..we are what you can say interracial...

Me : errr... whatever la sis... but, can you tell more about this interracial thing?

My sis : you know nabil, since i was born(1985), i had been living in a world of interracial.. we are buginese but we never had a buginese neighbour.. i think, our neighbour had consists half of all races in Sabah(for your information, in sabah, there are more than 50 races).. we live with them in pleasant neighbourhoods, interact with many of them.. living harmony in interracial environment had long being seen in Sabah.. it is unnecessary for 1Malaysia in Sabah because we sabahans are already united long time ago.. thanks god Sabah never experienced 13th may 1963 tragedy.. it scared me when i know about that bloody-tragedy..

me : owh, that tragedy.. i hope it won't happen here.. that's right sis,i have various friends.. kadazan,bruneian, bajau, iranun, sungei, dusun.. waaaa, i'm tired to mention thier races one by one.. ok sis, that's all.. thanks!! hehehe

What is the benefits of interracial relationship ?

There are lot of benefits in interracial relationship. One of it is helps to combine two families of two different races together. The partner can learn about their partner culture or religion. It can increased their knowledge and possibly to learn new knowledge and religious.

What are the challenges in making Malaysia in peaceful condition ?

Malaysians have celebrate 54 years of independence since 1957.Until now,Malaysian living in harmony and peace life. They can co-operate with one another races with good communication. Even though, Malaysian came from various background ,language and religion. There are malay, chinese, indian, iban, kadazan and others.All races still able to maintain and practice uniqueness of their cultures in daily life, however when come to celebrating Merdeka and Aidilfitri, we are able to celebrate this event with successful and together as a malaysian.

MY UNCLE EXPERIENCE

My beloved uncle shared his experiences celebrating Happy Eid in Egypt.He was studying in University Al-Azhar,Egypt from 2003 until 2007.The story begin like this....

He arrived in Egypt three days before Ramadan.He told me he don't know what he want to do to celebrate Happy Eid  because this is first year there.So,on the morning of 1 Syawal,he and his friends went to prayer that held in stadium.He said in Egypt,the peoples will prayer in stadium,fields and wide place.The Eid day starts with a small snack followed by Eid Prayers (Salat al-Eid) in congregation attended by men, women and children.Usually,during Eid,the winter season will occur.He was wearing layers of shirts and pants to minimize cold but it still  cold.After Eid prayer,an Egyptian invited them to his house.Many food has been provided such as arab rice with lamb meat.They will put  olive oil on arab rice.


There is no cakes,ketupat and lemang like in our country.If have food has been posted by their  families in Malaysia for the students there.My uncle and his roomate will cook annually such as meat rice.If the male students want to eat the cakes,they will go to the house female students because female students always make cakes.My uncle told me a male student from Johor like a chef because he always cooking delicious food such as 'mee udang' and laksa Johor annually.His house has been compulsory place for other students especially during Eid.

Once upon a time.....

13^th may 1969 is a day where the biggest race riots take place in Malaysia. This story had been told by my grandfather’s friend, Tok Mustapha. (No picture as to respect his privacy). During the one of the most remembered Malaysian crisis, he had experienced an unforgettable incident that he would like to share with me. He said that during the crisis, some races went amok and corpses can be seen everywhere in Kuala Lumpur. Even though the events mainly took place in KL, everyone in this nation during that time lived in fear. Despite the slaughtering and merciless killing of other races, there are minority group of people that still have the conscience. Some Malays gave shelter and protection to their Chinese friend to avoid being killed. The same goes for Chinese in the Chinese village where they give aid to their Malays friend in order to prevent them from being one of the victims. Tok Mustapha mentioned that he also provide shelter to his Chinese and Indian friend. Luckily, the riots did not spread through out the nation and Tok Mustapha and friends (Penangites) survived the predicament. Every dark cloud has a silver lining. This proverb suits best with this incident.

Tok Mustapha said that the race riots during 13^th of May are the best evidence that racist is not good to the society. Lets put aside all of our dissatisfaction of other races and cooperate together to build a better nation. Nation is built by its people. We must unite despite of race, colour, or religious doctrine. We must UNITE AGAINST RACISM.

my chinese's grandfather....

yeahhhh...here we are..!!!

as we know , we're given a task about multiracial, right? so, i really hold up this golden opportunity to share with all of you that my grandfather is a Chinese before...you can see on his narrow and small eye, it's approve that he more like a Chinese..as we know, all Chinese have "the narrow eye" right?? haha.. and you can see on his white and brighten skin..it is one of the characteristic of Chinese ...so, did you believe that my grandfather is a Chinese before?? but he is a muslim since he's 18 years old...

let me story about my grandfather experience before he convert into islam.....

One day, in the dawn...when he woke up from his dreaming, he heard soft sound that gave his heart more satisfaction and tranquillity..he tried to find that sound as he can...in the couple of minutes, he got it's, but he really misunderstood what the sound want to tell him..by the way, he loved to heard that sound because the sound made himself didn't had any problem before..i mean my grandfather is free from being any problem laaa..'Freedom' hehe...

After some time, he prepared himself to go to school...he still lost in reverie..In his class, he had any types of racial friends ..for instance Malaysian, Arabian and Indian...but he closer to his Malaysian friends....Anyway, after finished the school..he heard again the sound in the nearby area...he tried to ask his Malaysian friend..' eh, are you hear something' ...'yes, indeed'...'what kinds of sound yeah???'...'owhh, the sound is use by a Muslim to call their members to perform the adoration and prayer to their Lord'...'waaa, nice..you know, the sound strongly make my heart so satisfaction, i really love that sound'....'are you sure? if yes, let me tell you deeply about Islam' ....atfer that, my grandfather make a decision to convert into Islam...~~~The End~~

I have some intereting interracial love story to share with you all......I got this story from my beloved grandfather......The story begin like this...




In a housing area named Desa Rahmat,there was a small happy family lived in a small terrace house.It was Pak Hamid's family.He had only a beutifulful daughter named Zulaikha that was about 25 years old.Anywhere she went she would attract the guys because of her charming face.Not only that,she was also a very kind and caring person.Thus,it was not weird why the people there like to mix with her.She was kind to them.Plus,Pak Hamid had given full, perfect religion knowledge to her daughter.Zulaikha was really feminine that could be said she was different from other women in that area.She obey all the ALLAH commands like praying five a day,fasting in the Ramadhan, be kind to parents and many more...........One day,there was a new unmalay family had moved to the housing area just beside Pak Hamid' house.The family was a Chinese.It was Ah Chong's family.He had a son named Chong Hua that was about 26 years old.Pak Hamid lend his hands to them for carrying the furniture into the new house.....LOVE interracial story started when Chong Hua saw Zulaikha for the first sight in front of her house,watering the flowers.He fall in love with Zulaikha.He was attracted with Zulaikha's appearance and attitude that he tried to make friend with her..........Chong Hua was very delighted to know Zulaikha closer.He always went to Pak Hamid's house just to see and talk with her....Not only that,he was atrracted to know and learn about Islam further since he saw Zulaikha was really Islamic person.He tried to learn about Islam from Zulaikha herself and from Pak Hamid too.Day from day...Chong Hua was very interested in Islam.He loved Islam very much sine he found that Islam actualy was the way of life that contained all aspects of life.....At last he made a decission to convert into Islam.He changed his name to Muhammad Abdullah.At first his family did not agree with him,they disputed him to convert into Islam because he would betray their ancestors' religion....but ultimately they accepted him since they noticed that their only son had changed a lot when he started converting to Islam.He had changed from a bad guy to a good person that he did not go out untill midnight anymore.He was kind to his parents..........Muhammad had changed a lot~...and then he decided to get married with Zulaikha who had opened his heart to receive and converted into Islam.....Pak Hamid allowed both of them to get married!Muhammad was very happy,as happy as a lark to get married with Zulaikha..He determined to be a good husband and a good Muslims that obey all ALLAH's command.......Muhammad Abdullah was very grateful for given the chance by ALLAH SWT to open his heart towards ISLAM   (^-^)

Mix Marriage

My female friend's father

I`m live in Kelantan and there also have mix marriage here. As i recall when I studied at primary school, I have female friend which her father is Malay and her mother is Chinese.So their daughter definitely clever and absolutely pretty especially my female friends.She always got number one in our class. So I asked her about their father and mother, how can they meet each other and so on.

So, the story begin......

For the past 30 years, there are a man going home after work at the city at the evening.He looks so exhausted and tired. He stop at the cafe to buy a water to relieve his thirsty. While he was drinking he saw a chinese woman wearing a skirt stop and enter the cafe,because of the cafe was quite full so she sat at that man table.Then they acquainted each other about their interest,work and religion. Since that time they became closer and always outing together and eat together.Also that women not wearing skirt anymore and always asked about Islam. She want to know detail about it and avoid misunderstood about Islam. So everyday that man teach the woman about Islam and gives the islamic book to her to read and learn.After a year they became really closed and decided to see their parents and talks about getting marriage.
On Monday,the man came to the woman house to see her parents and discuss for wedding..when the man express his intention to request their daughter, they became shocked...after a while they agreed to let their daughter for that man because that man had change their daughter to become more kind and feminine.Both of them were very happy and excited. So after a month, they marriage and get happy until now.

That's all my female friends told me about her father story...and she so grateful for being Muslim

7 Tips to Make You More Creative

Many great things have started as an simple, creative idea. Consider donating some of your best ideas to help others. The more creative you are, the more ideas you will be able to create. You can be creative even if you don't think you are.

Being creative and thinking up world-changing ideas occurs in the same way. Everyone can be creative but they have to be willing to start. The creative process will then become more natural over time.

Try the following tips to help you on your journey to be more creative:

1.Record your ideas on whatever is comfortable and convenient at the moment. What is important is that you record your ideas. In the past, I have forgotten ideas that I thought of when I was on a walk. Now I carry a digital recorder with me on those walks. At other times I use my computer, notepad or journal. Choose what will work best for you and make sure you have a way to record your ideas at all times. You never know when an important idea will surface.

2. Don't limit yourself to ideas that seem possible. Capture all of your ideas. Even those that seem impossible to implement are important for a couple of reasons. First, what seems impossible to you may not be impossible sometime in the future or for someone else. Second, impossible ideas encourage further creative ideas that might be more likely to be implemented.

3. Change your scenery or location. A change in scenery can stimulate the creativity inside you. A change might be as simple as looking out a window. You can also visit someplace new like a park, beach, or mall. The new environment can foster new ideas.

4. Read on many topics. It is amazing how many things in a totally unrelated subject can prompt new ideas. By broadening your knowledge into more areas, you make your creativity potential grows.

5. Go for a walk. Some of the best ideas have happened when we walk. This applies to any form of moderate exercise. I have heard of others that have written articles and speeches while walking or jogging.

6. Focus in 10-15 minute increments. It does not take a significant amount of time to brainstorm some potential ideas. In fact, brainstorming works best when done for short periods of time. Concentrate for a few minutes on generate as many ideas to address a specific area or problem. Then capture anything that comes to mind throughout the rest of the day (see tip #1). You will have several ideas for consideration for little investment of time. One of those could become something tremendous for helping others.

7. Think big. What question are you asking to prompt your ideas? The larger the question, the larger the impact those ideas may have on the world. You can start by addressing smaller problems but don't limit yourself to those. You have unique experiences, knowledge and talents that should be applied to helping others on a grand scale as well.

I hope all of you will practice it wisely in your daily life. A part from that, with blessing from God you will be a successfull thinker!
